Reviews For Phaidra McDermott

I have worked with Phaidra and her team for 10 years. She has handled both the buy and sale of my home on Sanibel. Extremely focused and hard working. Would not hesitate to use Kingfisher again in the future.

The realtors and staff at Kingfisher have been wonderful to work with. They helped us sell a house on Sanibel and coordinate the purchase of our new house at the same time. We found a beautiful home in the perfect location for our family. Even better, they have been a tremendous help getting acclimated to island life with recommendations for every kind of service provider we could need. Highly recommend!

Kingfisher Real Estate exceeded my expectations. I have bought and sold multiple properties over 25 years in 3 different states. Phaidra and her agents were prompt, professional and knew the houses and market.

Phaidra Mcdermott was one of six real estate agents we interviewed, all of whom we knew and whose reputations were well established in our community. Her selection was easy despite our close personal relationships with three of the six candidates, not including Phaidra. For the interview she was prepared, had a well thought through proposal and was very positive with an eager to "let’s go and I can do it attitude".
Phaidra is a professional realtor in every sense of the word. She knows the community, listened to our thought's and goals, knows the business totally, follows up very timely, was a very aggressive advertiser, willingly tried different ideas to obtain prospects, is smart, well written, honest, played a very direct and personal role in the process and just is an all around good person.
We strongly recommend Phaidra.

Phaidra helped us purchase a condo 9 years ago. This year we bought a house and sold our condo. With the help of Tommy and the great staff at Kingfisher we were kept up to date on every detail. They were always available to answer any questions. All paperwork was able to be done virtually. Everything went seamlessly and we very much appreciated it.

We closed the sale of our home on April 2 with Kingfisher. We had challenges that previous listing agents were unable to address effectively. Phaidra brought forth resources and relationships that helped us move forward.

If you are in need of a realtor Phaidra DcDermott is the one you need. She is very professional, but yet she makes you feel special and that your her only client. She is very helpful with anything you need. I would recommend her highly.

Phaidra is supremely knowledgeable about local real estate. She is fun to work with. She helped us find a home that had everything we needed.

It was a pleasure working with Phaidra. She was one off the most professional agents we ever worked with. She is straightforward and dedicated to the needs of the client. I believe she works for, and in the best interest in whoever she is representing. I highly recommend calling her if you want a great experience.
