Reviews For Phaidra McDermott

Phaidra and her associate helped us find and negotiate the purchase of a beautiful gulf-front condo on Sanibel Island. He extensive experience in the real estate market on Sanibel and Captiva and her business acumen were invaluable. I've recommended her to friends several times and would definitely use her again myself.

In a difficult sales environment, Phaidra was able to find a unique buyer for our property. She was easy to work with and was very professional during the entire process. As an absentee owner, I found that her staff provided outstanding service in preparing the property for sale by suggesting upgrades, helping to replace and relocate furniture in an attractive manner.

Wow! Had the absolute best experience with Phaidra and the entire Kingfisher team. From the very first meeting, it was clear that Phaidra knew the market, and that she would take the time we needed to find the perfect house. Even through the pandemic - Phaidra and her team went above and beyond for us - lining up great houses to see within our rather crazy schedules. Once we found our home - Phaidra and her team stepped in when the seller's real estate agent let things slip. Her team went as far as knocking on the door of the Lee County courthouse to make sure we got the documents the seller needed to close the deal. I can't tell you how grateful my husband and I are for Phaidra and her team

Reliable professional with an even temperament making Phaidra a pleasure to work with.

We loved working with Phaidra. Her knowledge of the islands really helped us when considering properties.

The best realtors on the islands ! Very knowledgeable about the island market with years of success in real estate.

We closed the sale of our home on April 2 with Kingfisher. We had challenges that previous listing agents were unable to address effectively. Phaidra brought forth resources and relationships that helped us move forward.

Kingfisher Realty is without a doubt the most professional , knowledgeable and efficient real estate company I have worked with. It is truly a team effort with all members being friendly and helpful. My agent, Kate Stone literally took care of every aspect for me as I was a kind of an absent landlord. Kate was knowledgeable, hard working and very easy and pleasant to work with. I recommend Kate Stone and Kingfisher Realty. You will be pleased with your decision. Linda Miller. Sanibel
