I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Phaidra McDermott in the sale of my Captiva, Florida home. Phaidra is the consummate professional. During this difficult time it was amazing how Phaidra and her team were able to sell our property without the Buyers willing to fly to see the property, but viewed the property on multiple occasions through FaceTime.
