I also have a slider door from the primary suite to the balcony as well as the full glass window slider doors from the living room! You are also right by FSW if college is a need. To say this is centrally located is absolutely accurate and convenient for whatever your interests may include! New roof 2023. All age condominium under 200k with huge pool and tennis-is no small feat to find! Yes you can have a pet! Yes, yes and yes you will love this place! At over 1200 square feet this will be the most affordable 3 bedroom condo in a GREAT location that you can find! The vaulted ceiling even make it feel larger! Talk soon! My previous owner picked it up over age 50, you can do it to!
